Mycotoxins are the most dangeoous contaminants on the animal health and public health. Thus, any contamination of the feed or food at PPM level has been accepted as life threating dose. Feeds including trace amounts of the micotoxins accumulate at the egg, meat or milk, ant then can be more dangerous on the public health due to bioconcentration.
Many strict prequations are directed to prevent micotoxin contaminations. Nevertheles, it is well understood that we have to prevent the growth of the molds or use toxin binder substances in the feed matrices.
